Dott.ssa Kayla Fratt

Kayla Fratt is a cofounder of K9 Conservationists, an organization that primarily uses rescue dogs for detection work. She is also a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant with 7 years of experience working in animal shelters. She’s always been a lover of - and advocate for - the “too much” dog. She shares her life with two border collies and a cat she found in a ditch.

Programma

The talk is will introduce listeners to several frameworks, sequences, and mnemonics for troubleshooting behavioral challenges with your detection dog. These approaches will help you describe the undesired behavior, articulate goals, identify the root cause, create a behavior modification plan, and implement behavior change.
